J'aime beaucoup la tenue de l'essayeur John Bolster: l'idéal pour passer inaperçu, capote ouverte en plein hiver sur les routes montagneuses de Sestrière ;-)
Quelques extraits de cet article, la première phrase donne le ton:
"No engine has such glamour as a thoroughbred racing unit, built regardless of cost.It is therefore a privilege to be able to test a new high-performance car which literally has a productionized version of a genuine racing Ferrari engine, and the privilege is all the greater when the test is on the roads of Italy.
(...) I had the hood erect for the timed speed tests on an autostrada which has been suitably marked out. I must at once say that this is about the only hood I have ever met which is quiet and totally without a tremor at speeds over 120 mph.It would be unthinkable that any wind noise should be allowed to spoil one's enjoyment of the superb music of the engine.
(...) The farther I travelled in the Dino, the better I liked it, for it is a driver's car par excellence, yet it is also a luxury coupé of delightful appearance, thanks to Pinifarina. Slow work in towns makes the engine fells fluffy, but a short speed burst soon cleans the plugs again and there is never any fear of oiling up."
Encore merci à Andrew pour les scans!
